A speeding BMW crashed off Mumbai's Coastal Road near Lotus Jetty on Sunday, killing three students, including the 21-year-old driver Shanay Gajar. Police said Gajar had prior cases for overspeeding and drunk and disorderly conduct. An FIR has been registered, and Tardeo police are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
