Hayden Panettiere, the 36-year-old star of Heroes and Nashville, died from the toxic effects of fentanyl, Xanax, a muscle relaxant and an antipsychotic, the Greenville County Coroner's Office said. The death was ruled an accident, with no signs of trauma. Panettiere had spoken openly about her struggles with addiction.
