India tells Pakistan to act on cross-border terror

India's External Affairs Ministry said Pakistan must take credible action against cross-border terrorism before the world trusts its assurances, responding to Field Marshal Asim Munir's vow to defeat militancy. Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal also accused Pakistan of distorting a Permanent Court of Arbitration ruling on the Indus Waters Treaty, calling it an illegally constituted court.
