Missouri congressional map fight heads to Supreme Court again

Missouri's congressional redistricting battle appears headed to the U.S. Supreme Court for a third time in three weeks. The state Supreme Court ruled that a Trump-backed map cannot be used unless voters approve it, and the U.S. Supreme Court has let that decision stand. A federal appeals panel now says the Constitution bars changing districts between the primary and general election.
