US Spy Satellite USA 32 Breaks Up in Orbit

A US spy satellite launched in 1988 to monitor Soviet radar signals fragmented in low-Earth orbit on September 13, 2026, about 775 kilometres above Earth. Space Force confirmed the breakup of USA 32, codename FARRAH III, and said the debris poses no danger to other satellites. The cause remains unknown.
