Judge Signals Support for CNN, Politico in White House Press Ban Suit

A US district judge appeared inclined to side with CNN, MS Now and Politico after the White House revoked their press badges over the weekend. Judge Timothy J Kelly said due process was not followed, noting the outlets received no advance notice or chance to respond. He did not rule Wednesday but promised a decision soon.
