Venezuela's Rodriguez Vows Elections, No Date Set

Venezuela's interim President Delcy Rodriguez told the UN General Assembly that elections will be held as part of a transition to "full democracy," but gave no date. She said her government has opened dialogue with opposition sectors for an inclusive process. Rodriguez met US President Trump on Tuesday to discuss political change and debt restructuring.
