Opposition to Move Fresh Motion to Remove CEC Gyanesh Kumar

Opposition parties are preparing a fresh notice in both Houses of Parliament to remove Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, sources said. This follows a report that Election Commissioners Sukhbir Sandhu and Vivek Joshi objected at least 14 times in 10 months to decisions on voter list changes and Form 6. The EC says differing views are normal and its orders have legal sanction.
