Dairy farmer Jeff Biddle has placed his 170-acre Bear Meadows Farm near Tussey Mountain under a permanent conservation easement, the Centre County Farmland Trust said. The move, completed in July 2026, followed two lucrative offers he rejected. The easement permanently restricts development rights and stays with the deed even if ownership changes.
