Capt. Smit Machchhar, an Indian pilot, is being praised worldwide after he fought off a co-pilot who stabbed him and apparently tried to crash a Flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv. Despite serious injuries, he opened the cockpit door so passengers and crew could restrain the attacker. The Boeing 737, carrying 174 people, made an emergency landing in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
