Flydubai Flight FZ 1073: Co-Pilot Stabbed Captain, Attempted Hijack

A flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv plunged 17,000ft after a co-pilot stabbed the captain and attempted to hijack the plane. Passengers and crew overpowered the assailant, and the Boeing 737 Max made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia. All 174 passengers escaped serious injury. The co-pilot, an Omani national, was detained; motives remain under investigation.
