SEBI received around 20,000 comments by the October 3 deadline on its consultation paper covering the Closing Auction Session, market timings and derivatives settlement methodologies, correcting earlier reports of about 3,500. Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey said the regulator will quickly review the responses and proceed with the proposed framework.
