Karat Slams Delhi Police Over Harassment FIR Delay

The allegations arose after October 3 protests near Jantar Mantar against CEC Gyanesh Kumar's electoral roll revision. Police say the complaints are now registered, medical exams done, and the case transferred to the Crime Branch.
