Two crew members died and 11 were rescued after the Turkish-owned Royad Mammadov caught fire and sank in the Black Sea, about 30 nautical miles off Romania's Sfantu Gheorghe port. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky blamed Russia, saying two drones struck the civilian vessel carrying corn in neutral waters. Turkey called the attacks unacceptable.
