A Russian drone strike on a Turkish-owned cargo vessel in the Black Sea killed the ship's captain and injured one of 11 rescued crew members, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said. The vessel, carrying corn with Indian and Azerbaijani citizens aboard, was hit in neutral waters. Zelensky warned the attack threatens global food security.
