Kenya Confirms First Ebola Death as Outbreak Spreads

Kenya has confirmed its first Ebola death — a Kenyan citizen who had lived in DR Congo for seven years and died days after arriving in Nairobi. He tested positive for the rare Bundibugyo species, which has no approved vaccine. More than 4,000 people have died in DR Congo this year, the second deadliest known outbreak.
