EC Rejects Opposition MPs' Meeting Request as 'Unusual'

Delhi Police later said a 240-MP delegation wanted to meet at Parliament House Annexe. The EC called the request unusual, citing protocol that meetings be held only at its premises, and said its offer to send a senior officer was declined.
