Rahul Gandhi Calls CEC Gyanesh Kumar 'Not Legitimate', Plans Jantar Mantar Protest

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said around 300 opposition MPs were denied a meeting with Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and stopped by Delhi Police from protesting. The opposition will now gather at Jantar Mantar to press concerns over the Election Commission and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise. Gandhi declared Kumar 'not the legitimate Election Commissioner' and said he welcomes FIRs against him, claiming 45 have already been filed.
