Saudi Aramco has told at least three European refiners it will meet their full crude oil requirements for November after the resumption of operations on the East-West pipeline, easing pressure on buyers that sought alternative supplies during the October disruption. Last month, Aramco allocated no crude to European refiners following an attack on the pipeline, prompting a rush for replacement cargoes. Orlen SA, the biggest buyer of Saudi crude, issued more than ten tenders to buy alternative barrels.
