BJP Accuses Rahul Gandhi of Undermining Poll Panel

The BJP on Tuesday rejected Rahul Gandhi's "vote chori" allegations, accusing him of childish behaviour and double standards. Union minister Piyush Goyal cited former election commissioners T.N. Seshan and M.S. Gill's later political roles to question Congress's criticism of the poll panel. The response came amid continuing demands from INDIA bloc leaders and student groups for Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar's resignation.
