Congress MP Karti Chidambaram Questions ECI Functioning

Congress MP Karti Chidambaram on Tuesday accused the Election Commission of India of undermining democratic norms, saying unilateral decisions by the Chief Election Commissioner are illegal. He criticised the SIR rollout and the alleged weaponisation of Forms 6 and 7, claiming genuine voters are being deleted. His remarks came ahead of a meeting at Rahul Gandhi's residence.
