Heavy rain has flooded displacement camps across Gaza, soaking tents and belongings and forcing families to endure cold and wind. Water rose 30-40cm at several camps, with hundreds of civil defence calls. About 950,000 displaced people live in flood-exposed areas, and roughly 44,000 are in structurally unsafe buildings, while shelter supplies cover only 18 percent of needs.
