Overnight drone and missile attacks damaged energy infrastructure across 12 Ukrainian regions, hitting Kyiv hardest and disrupting power, water and heating, President Volodymyr Zelensky said. Nine people were hurt, including one child, in a wave of more than 30 ballistic missiles and over 170 drones. The strikes come before Ukrainian and Russian delegations meet for trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi next week.
