An FIR has been filed against Cult.fit co-founder Rishabh Telang by his former business partner and brother-in-law Deepak Poduval, alleging forgery and cheating in the winding up of Cult Fitness Private Limited. The case comes as Cult.fit prepares for a Rs 950-crore IPO. Telang denies the charges, calling the timing mala fide.
