Media groups sue Trump over paid access to posts

The Intercept and Freedom of the Press Foundation sued President Donald Trump over Truth Social's paid subscription service, which charges up to $100,000 monthly for early access to his posts. The lawsuit claims the scheme violates the First and Fifth Amendments by restricting equal access to public information. Trump's stake in Trump Media is worth about $1bn.
