A bomb in Sevastopol killed Robert Shageyev, a former Ukrainian naval officer who defected to Russia in 2014, and a woman was arrested on suspicion of carrying out the attack for Ukrainian special services. Four Russian explosives experts and a security guard also died in a separate incident. Meanwhile, a Ukrainian drone attack forced the Orsk refinery to shut down, and a Russian drone strike on a passenger train killed two crew members.
