Rocket Lab launched its ninth mission for Japanese company iQPS on Aug. 20, carrying the SUSANOO-II radar satellite to low Earth orbit. The Electron rocket lifted off from New Zealand, deploying the satellite about 50 minutes later. The satellite is part of iQPS's 36-satellite constellation for high-resolution, near-real-time SAR imagery.
