India is expected to add 2 to 2.5 lakh seasonal and gig jobs during July-December, with festive hiring up 15-20%, according to NLB Services. E-commerce, quick commerce, retail, logistics, travel and hospitality are driving demand, while tier II and III cities are set to contribute about 45% of total hiring.
