Morocco's PAM Leads Vote as Turnout Hits New Low

Morocco's Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) emerged as the largest party with 97 seats in provisional results, while the Justice and Development Party (PJD) surged from 13 to 54. Turnout fell to 38.08 percent, the second-lowest under King Mohammed VI. PAM now leads government formation talks, though a majority requires 198 of 395 seats.
