Iran war costs Iraq $60bn in lost oil revenue

Iraq has lost about $60bn in oil revenues since the US-Israeli war on Iran disrupted exports through the Strait of Hormuz, Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi said. Shipping delays and costlier imports have pushed prices up 25-30 percent and weakened the dinar to roughly 1,575 per dollar on the parallel market, exposing Iraq's heavy dependence on oil and foreign goods.
