NSE CEO Ashish Chauhan said there have been no discussions with the government on the new UPI MDR framework introduced by NPCI. Capital-market transactions will incur a 0.02% MDR, capped at Rs 300, effective October 15. Chauhan expects brokers and clients to resolve the issue.
