Dry spell to follow intermittent rains in Punjab, Haryana

After four days of intermittent showers, mainly dry weather is likely across northwest India from September 30, the Met Department said. Isolated rain with thunderstorms is expected over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi on September 29. Seasonal rainfall remains deficient: Punjab is 39 per cent below average and Haryana 27 per cent.
