Delhi ACP Vivek Bhagat Steps Aside from Additional DCP Charge Amid Harassment Inquiry

Delhi ACP Vivek Bhagat has voluntarily opted out of an additional DCP charge pending an inquiry into allegations of harassment of women journalists, prompting the Delhi government to modify its October 5 order. The government clarified the assignment was a temporary arrangement initiated on August 25, before the allegations surfaced, and will reissue the order for the remaining 11 DANIPS officers.
