Guwahati Gears Up for Diwali and Kali Puja Celebrations

Guwahati is preparing for Diwali and Kali Puja with elaborate themed pandals across the city. The Vivekananda Sporting Club in Kalapahar has built its pandal on the theme "Colour of Soil – Tea, Bamboo & Rang Ghar," marking 200 years of Assam tea with around 1,500 bamboo poles. The club says it hosts the biggest Kali Puja in the North East.
