Mangione pleads guilty to killing UnitedHealthcare CEO

Luigi Mangione, 28, pleaded guilty on Friday to federal charges of interstate stalking resulting in death in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. In court, Mangione admitted, "I shot Mr Thompson in Manhattan," and detailed planning the attack, including using a 3D-printed gun. He faces life in prison and separate state charges.
