Ex-Cambridge professor in plagiarism row found dead

Jason Arday, the former University of Cambridge professor at the center of a plagiarism dispute, was found unresponsive at an address in Battersea, south London, on Friday afternoon and pronounced dead at the scene. Police said the death is being treated as unexpected but not suspicious. Arday, 41, had resigned last week amid allegations of plagiarism, which he denied, citing the toll of public scrutiny.
