Table Space, Hillhouse Acquire Majority Stake in Philippines' KMC Solutions

Table Space and Hillhouse Investment's Rava Partners have acquired a majority stake in Philippines-based KMC Solutions, creating a managed-office platform with about 13 million square feet across India and the Philippines. Financial terms were not disclosed. KMC's founders retain a significant interest, and the company will continue under its existing brand and management. The deal marks Table Space's first major international expansion ahead of its planned IPO.
