Tribunal Denies Disability Claim Over Unreported 2005 Injury

The Armed Forces Tribunal has rejected a retired brigadier's disability claim, ruling that injuries not recorded in annual medical records cannot be compensated at retirement. The officer reported a 2005 patrol injury only in 2018, near the end of his service. The Bench found no causal link between his service and the disability.
