Search operations continue in Nepal for about 6,000 people unaccounted for nearly four weeks after flash floods that killed more than 1,400. The August 26 floods, which began near the Nepal-Tibet border, swept down the Bhotekoshi River, destroying homes, roads and bridges and damaging hydropower projects. Another 43 people died in China, where over 500 remain missing.
