SpaceX has stacked its Starship vehicle at Starbase, Texas, ahead of Flight 14, targeted for Sept. 28. The mission would be Starship's first orbital attempt, lasting about nine hours, with Booster 21 and Ship 41 both slated for soft splashdowns at sea. A wet dress rehearsal is expected Thursday, and regulatory approval is still pending.
