The Federation of Indian Pilots has asked the AAIB to comprehensively examine electrical, electronic and avionics evidence in the Air India AI-171 Boeing 787 crash investigation. It cited technical material from the Foundation for Aviation Safety on the aircraft's operational history, maintenance and recurring system anomalies, and called for a detailed review of maintenance data and power systems.
