Boeing has identified a software issue in some 737 MAX aircraft that could cause the automated flight guidance system to disengage after a missed landing approach. The company has informed the FAA and is working on a permanent fix. In India, Air India Express and Akasa Air operate about 96 such jets; Akasa says operations remain safe.
