Two six-year-old giant pandas, Fu Shuang and Ping Ping, made their public debut at Zoo Atlanta after arriving in late September and spending weeks in quarantine. The pandas are on loan from China under a six-year agreement, making Atlanta one of three US zoos with giant pandas, alongside San Diego and the National Zoo in Washington DC.
